Mrs Minnie Lena Bennett, 84, widow of Frank H. Bennett, died suddenly Tuesday evening at 6:30 o'clock at the family residence 1497 Dodge street.
The body is at the Didesch Funeral Home, where funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:30 O'clock. The Rev. H.D. Temple , pastor of the Grandview Avenue Methodist Church, will officate at the services. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery.
The ladie's of the Hyde Clark Women's Relief Corps Number 37 will meet in a body Wednesday evening at the funeral home at 7:30 o'clock to conduct memorial services.
Mrs Bennett was born in Clinton, Ill., March 5, 1854, and has lived in Dubuque during the past 10 years. She was a member of the Grandview Avenue Methodist Church and the Daughters of the Grand Army of the Republic.
Surviving are two sons, Jack Bennett, Dubuque, and Ira A. Bennett, Eau Claire, Wis; one daughter, Mrs Hazel Sieverson, Eau Claire, Wis.; and seven grandchildren.
