Carol Sue Kline, 78, of Osceola, IA, passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2022, in Dubuque, Iowa. Carol was born on April 14, 1944, in Millard, MO, the daughter of Denzel and Dena (Flynn) Chadwick.

Carol is survived by her loving family, son Kevin Kline and his wife Sharlene, grandchildren Austin (Megan) Kline and McKenzie Kline, great grandchildren River & Reign Kline, all of Dubuque. Daughter Tina Roy and her husband Tony of Nashville, TN, and granddaughter Helen Roy of Arizona. Her sister-in-law, Diane Chadwick, of Florida.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dena Rime and Denzel Chadwick, her stepfather, Rollo Rime, and her brother Jack Chadwick.

There will be a private memorial service for the family at a later date. Carol will be buried with her parents at La Plata Cemetery in La Plata, Missouri under the direction of Travis Funeral Chapel.

The family would like to thank the Hospice of Dubuque staff, especially Melissa, Nichole, and Kelli.
