Sister Susan Hahn, OP, died August 4, 2022, at St. Dominic Villa, Hazel Green, WI. She was born to John and Susan (Marquette) Hahn December 8, 1923, in Chicago. There were eight children. She is survived by one brother, Donald, nieces, nephews, the Dominican family and many friends.

Her funeral will be August 15-16 at Sinsinawa. Miller Funeral Home is handling arrangements.

Sister Susan lived life fully. She loved her family, the Dominican Sisters, the thousands of first graders that she taught through the decades and God, who guided her steps always. She brought joy and skilled teaching to students in New York, Illinois, South Dakota and Wisconsin. In 1968 she was sent to St. Vincent Ferrer School in River Forest, Illinois, where she remained until 2018. There were more than a few families who were proud to proclaim that she taught three generations of their clan. In 2018 Sister Susan came to live at Sinsinawa. Her playful presence, quick wit, genuine spirit, honest reflections on a full life were appreciated by many.

Susan, go now to delight in God's presence forever.
