He had a knack for woodworking and always loved spending time outside gardening. He was proud to be from Darlington and made sure to be as active as he could be in the community supporting many different groups and activities throughout the years. His personality was one of a kind and he will be truly missed by everyone who knew him.

Rodney is survived by his daughter: Deanna (John) Drum and their three daughters Tiffany, Lauren and Carissa; his son: Daniel (Katie) and their two sons Jonah and Ben; one brother: Wally (Bonita) Lindell; one sister-in-law: Marian Lindell; and many special nieces and nephews, their spouses, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Mary in 2021; and his brothers: Leonard (Lillian) Lindell, Norman (Bernadette) Lindell, Lloyd Lindell, and Merle Lindell.
