Terrance L. Richards, 73, of ManorCare Health Services, in Dubuque, IA, formerly of Galena, IL, passed away at 10:15 P/M, on May 4, 2022, at ManorCare.

Private family services will be at a later date at Prospect Hill Cemetery, rural Galena.

Arrangements are pending and will be announced by the Miller Funeral Home, in East Dubuque.
