Rev. Father Kerper of St. Raphael’s Cathedral officiating at the funeral of the late P. F. Rooney held from the home, 153 Julien Avenue to the church at 9 o’clock Monday morning. Death occurred at 12:45 Sunday morning following a stroke of apoplexy through which the patient lingered for two weeks. He is survived by two brothers and two sisters, Frank of Dubuque, M. J. Tippin, Mon., Mrs. Agnes Miles of Minneapolis and Mary A. Rooney also of that city. The pallbearers were Peage and George Levan, Alexander McBride and Thomas Dempsey.
