Dyersville, Ia. March 28 – Mrs. Charles White, beloved wife of Charles White, passed away at her home at Alta Vista on Friday, March 21, after an illness of five weeks with pneumonia and complications. The remains, accompanied by the members of her family arrived in this city Sunday morning and were taken to the Georgen home at Rockville. The funeral took place Monday morning to St. Paul's Catholic Church, Rev. Father Homann officiating in the presence of a large concourse of relatives and friends. Six son-in-law's of the deceased, viz: Messrs. Frank, Will, John, Anton, Carl and Lawrence White, acted as casket bearers and the body was given to the grave in the Catholic cemetery. The maiden name of the deceased was Minnie Grace Georgen, eldest daughter of the late Charles P. and Ann Georgen. She was born on the old homestead in Rockville August 6, 1876, where she grew to young womanhood. Her marriage to Charles J. White took place non February 8, 1892, who with three sons, Carl, Jerome, and Clarence mourn her passing. She also leaves one sister, Miss Ann Georgen, and a brother, Charles Georgen, residing in Rockville,

The passing of Mrs. White is the cause of much regret among a wide circle of friends in this vicinity as well as in her home town. She was a woman highly esteemed by all who knew her and a devout wife and mother. The bereaved ones have the sympathy a\of all in their sorrow.
