John Fitzpatrick, a former resident of Dubuque, was killed in the cyclone which swept Omaha on Sunday night, according to advices received by friends here Thursday.
Mr. Fitzpatrick was a nephew of the late Mrs. Mulqueeney, who operated a boarding house in the lower end of the city a number of years ago, and is well remembered by a number of older residents. Full particulars of his death are not known.
