A Sister Dies

Sister Mary Egidia who passed away Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the effects of an attack of heart failure, was laid to rest yesterday in the sister's cemetery at Mt Carmel. Mass was celebrated for the deceased in the convent chapel by her brother Rev J. J. Horsfield, assisted by Rev Fathers Meagher and Comerford. Sister Egidia was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Horsfield of Epworth. She was born in St Louis in the year 1858 and had been a member of Sisters of Charity for 23 years.
