KOLARIK--Departed this life on July 6, 1929 at 5:30 p.m. Dona Mae Katherine Kolarik, beloved daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank J. Kolarik; sister of Kenneth Kolarik; granddaughter of Mrs. Caroline Bargmann, Mrs. Helen Kolarik. In her 5th year.
Funeral services from the residence, 508 East 16th street, Sunday afternoon at 1:45 o'clock to St. Mary's church at 2 o'clock.
Burial in Mt. Calvary cemetery.
