SANTA TERESA, N.M. — Russell Schetgen, 93, of Santa Teresa and formerly of Dubuque, died Friday, Sept. 10, 2021.

A remembrance service will be held at noon on Saturday, Oct. 16, at Linwood Chapel in Dubuque, followed by a gathering at the Hotel Julien Dubuque.
