Three men Killed at Dubuque.
Dubuque, Oct. 16.—A fatal accident occurred here this afternoon. Several men were on a scaffold, erected for building the Catfish bridge. A portion of the scaffolding gave way and three men wore precipitated forty feet to the rocks below. Chris Smith was instantly killed, and James Mayoney and Geo. Jansen received injuries which will prove fatal.
