—Chas. Goss, aged 70, an employee of the C. M. & St. Paul Ry, was fatally injured in the yards of that road at Dubuque last Thursday evening. He was crawling under a freight train, rather than wait for its moving, when the train started up. He was caught and both legs crushed off his body. He lived only a short time.
