Mrs. Rose Gribben, a former Dubuquer, died Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Evanston Hospital, Evanston, Ill. The body will be brought to Dubuque late Thursday afternoon and may be viewed at the Didesch Funeral Home after 10 o'clock Friday morning.
The funeral will be held Saturday morning from the funeral home to St. Mary's Church at a time to be announced later.
Surviving are one daughter, Dorothy, and three sons, Harold, Milton and Charles, all of Evanston; her father[sic], John Roussell, of Dubuque; six sisters, Mrs. James (Catherine)Bakey, Mrs. Frank (Dorothy) Berntgen, Mrs. Joe (Josephine) Winger, Mrs. Howard (Viola) Cosley, and Mrs. Paul (Pearl)Schmitt, all of Dubuque, and Mrs. Ray (Hazel)Flecksing, Galena; one brother, Henry Kieffer of Dubuque; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters and four brothers.
