Ashlee M. Haner, age 25, of Dubuque, passed away suddenly on Sunday, November 29, 2020, at her home. To celebrate Ashlee’s life, private family services were held. Behr Funeral Home, 1491 Main Street, is assisting the family.

Ashlee was born on April 9, 1995, in Hudson, NY, daughter of Scott Winnie and Melissa (Murcray) Williams.

Ashlee grew up in New York where she graduated high school and would eventually meet her boyfriend, Quentin, working at Dunkin’ Donuts. They would move back to his hometown of Dubuque and make it their permanent home. Ashlee was content just spending time at home, and especially enjoyed Quentin’s delicious home cooked meals. She was always very creative and loved to color intricate pictures. Ashlee and Quentin enjoyed watching tv and were fascinated by the paranormal, even creating their own investigation group. Ashlee was one of the happiest people you would ever meet, even when she had some bad days with her diabetes. We are truly heartbroken at losing her in our daily lives, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

and several nieces and nephews.

Ashlee was preceded in death by her grandfather, William Murcray; and an uncle, Scott Murcray.
