Mary Elizabeth Gorius, 97, of Asbury, died Friday, November 27, 2020, at the Hawkeye Care Center in Dubuque.

Private family services will be held Saturday December 5, 2020 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Anamosa.

Mary was born January 20, 1923 in Kansas, the daughter of Joseph and Mary Dieters Enneking. She married Joe Gorius, and together they welcome four children. He preceded her in death on May 4, 2003.

Survivors include her children Mary Jo Cavalier of Ocala, Florida, Steve Gorius of Dubuque, Stan (Sondra) Gorius LaValle, Wisconsin, and Greg (Wendy) Gorius, of Highland, Wisconsin; thirteen grandchildren; as well as 31 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers or donation, please have a mass said in honor of Mary at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Anamosa, (319) 462-2141.
