Crushed by an Electric Street Car.
Dubuque, June 17.—Herman Dement, a prominent clothing dealer of this city, met a sudden and frightful death yesterday morning.
He was riding his bicycle down Locust street, and when between Third and Fourth streets, attempted to cross the street car track. In some was{sic} he was thrown from his wheel in front of a car coming from the opposite direction and was instantly killed, his body being terribly mangled.
