SHERRILL, Iowa - Mrs. Gregory (Kristine M. "Ma") Butlett, 41, of 14105 Sherrill Road, Sherrill, died at 12:05 a.m. Friday, June 3, 2005, at Mercy Medical Center-Dubuque, as the result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Dubuque. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Dubuque. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at Behr Funeral Home, 1491 Main St., Dubuque, where there will be a parish wake service at 3 p.m.

She was employed as a supervisor in the produce department at Wal-Mart.

She was born on Dec. 1, 1963, in Dubuque, daughter of LaVern and Donna (Huss) Mueller. She was a graduate of Hempstead High School, Dubuque, class of 1982.

She married Gregory A. Butlett on March 6, 1987, in Dubuque; he preceded her in death on March 8, 2004.

Kris enjoyed buying and selling antiques, camping and spending time on the river. She also enjoyed 4-wheeling and "hanging with her friends."

Her greatest joy was spending time with her daughters.

Surviving are three daughters, Sarah A. Butlett, Melissa J. Butlett and Megan M. Butlett, all at home; two sisters, Kim A. (Mike) Perleth, of Dubuque, and Karla J. (Tom) Burns, of East Dubuque, Ill.; two brothers, Keith A. (Beth) Mueller and Kevin A. (Kelly) Mueller, both of Dubuque; and nieces and nephews.

A Kristine M. Butlett Memorial Fund has been established.
