Ronald C. Rotkowski, 71, of rural Hazel Green, Wisconsin, formerly of Harrison, Arkansas passed away Sunday morning, September 13, 2020 at home.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at St. Augustine Union Parish, 135 S. Hickory St., Platteville, WI, with Fr. John Del Priore officiating. Burial will be immediately following in Nativity BVM Cemetery at Menominee, IL, where full military honors will be accorded by the Dubuque Marine Corps League. Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday at the church, where a rosary will be recited.

Ron was born on December 30, 1948 in Parma, Ohio, the son of Frank and Elizabeth (Ulanowski) Rotkowski.

He was a veteran of the U. S. Army serving during the Vietnam War and received the Purple Heart.

Surviving is his wife Teresa; four children, Stacey (Elliot) Luebker of Elkins, Arkansas, Jonathan Waters of Marble Falls, Arkansas, Timothy Justin Waters of Honolulu, Hawaii, and Jocelyn (Luke) Heitkamp of Menominee, IL; eight grandchildren, Logan & Lane, Aiden & Brody, and Jayden, Jackson, Jase and Josephine.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, a funeral luncheon will not be held.

The Miller Funeral Home of East Dubuque, IL, is serving the family.
