Death of John M. Kane

A letter from John Feltes, of San Francisco, to J. H. Klinkner announces the death of John M. Kane at Fabiola Hospital in Oakland, California, on Friday, Dec. 22nd. The funeral took place from the Sacred Heart Church, Temescal Street, and the burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Oakland. The deceased was the brother of Martin Kane, of Cascade Township, and of Dennis Kane, of Oakland, California. John M. Kane was formerly a resident of Cascade and was well known to our citizens. He left here some twenty years ago and located in San Francisco, California, later became a resident of Oakland.
