DECEASED- Mr. Thomas Costello, who will be remembered as the landlord of the Dubuque House, which burned down some months ago, expired of consumption yesterday at 4 o’clock, after a long lingering and painful illness. The deceased was one of the early settlers of Dubuque, and leaves behind a memory tinted with the performance of many virtuous acts. He will be sadly missed by a large circle of friends.
