A box was received at the Illinois Central depot yesterday containing the coffined remains of Edward McCarron, who died recently in the mountains of Nevada. His father, James McCarron, lives at Tetes des Morts, and there the body was taken last evening, to rest among kindred and friends gone before. He will be, buried today from St. Catherine’s Church, with all the solemnities of the Catholic faith.
