Mrs. Clara Markey Farr, 90, of 1800 Lombard Street, died at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct 26, 1991, at home.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Egelhof-Casper-Strueber Funeral Home, 1145 Locust Street, with burial in Linwood Cemetery. Friends may call after 8 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, where the Order of the Easter Star services will be said at 10 a.m.

Mrs. Farr was born on Feb. 14, 1901, in Dubuque, daughter of George aand Anna (Blosch) Ganshirt. She married William Markey; he died on April 25, 1955. She married Willard Farr; he died on Jan. 11, 1981.

She was a member of the Immanuel United Church of Christ, Order of the Eastern Star for 68 years, Oxus Caldron for 68 years and the Order of White Shrine of Jerusalem for 61 years.

Surviving are two stepdaughters, Mrs. Don (Marie) Ackley of Los Alamitos, Calif., and Mrs. Len (Esther) Brady of La Habra, Calif.; and three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

A Clara Farr memorial Fund has been established.
