—Mrs. Anna Otley, mother of the widely known and popular traveling man -Dick Otley, now living at Canton— died at her home in Dubuque on the 23d, aged 84 years. She came to Dubuque in 1836 and remained three years. In 1861 she returned to Dubuque, where she has lived ever since. Nine children survive her.
