Sister Elaine Robbins, OP, died Friday, April 5, 2019. Sister Elaine wa born July 23, 1932 in West Allis, Wis. to Joseph and Viola (Miller) Robbins. She taught at Visitation in Chicago, Annunciation in Minneapolis, St. John in Milwaukee, St. Thomas in Palatine, I'll., Most Pure Heart of Mary in Mobile, Ala., Father Benedict Justice in Kansas City, Mo. and St. Rose of Lima in Baltimore, Md. During the 1980's she was DRE at Holy Family/St. Patrick Paridh in Apalachicola and Our Lady of Matlacha, Fla. In the 1990's she ministered in Diocesan Black Evangelization in Ft. Meyers, Fla. and tutored in Martin House in Apalachicola before returning to Sinsinawa in 2007. She came to St. Dominic Villa in 2014.
