SINSINAWA, Wis. — Sister Prudence Ludwig, OP, died Aug. 16, 2018. Sister Prudence was a primary teacher at St. Joseph the Worker School, Dubuque from 1950 to 1957. She taught in Chicago, Faribault and Minneapolis; Shorewood, Wis., Sioux City, Wheat Ridge, Colo. and was principal at St. Richard, Omaha; She was secretary in the Omaha City Archdiocesan Office of Education and later assisted in the Sinsinawa Liturgy Office.
Sister Prudence (Mary Louise) Ludwig was born August 16, 1922 in Livingston, Montana, to Aloysius and Florence (Hartman) Ludwig. She is survived by her sister, Barbara Corboy, her nieces and nephews and her Dominican Sisters.
