M. M. Ham former editor of the Dubuque Herald, member of the democratic national committee for Iowa and postmaster at Dubuque during both administrations of Mr. Cleveland whose infamous financial theories be fully endorsed, died on Christmas day.

Transcriber’s Note: Find-a-Grave shows he was born in 1833 and is buried in Linwood Cemetery.
