Mrs. Magdelen Heinz Ley, 94, of 2064 Jackson St., widow of John Ley, died at 12:45 p.m. Friday.
Services will be at 10 a.m., Monday at St. Mary's Church with burial in Mount Calvary Cemetery. The Rev. Anthony W. Sigwarth, the pastor, will officiate at the Requiem Mass. Friends may call after 10 a.m. Sunday at The Hoffmann Mortuary.
Mrs. Ley was born in Dubuque, daughter of Nicholas and Margaret Wagner Heinz, and lived here all her life. She was a member of the Rosary Society of St. Mary's Parish and the Royal Neighbors.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. A.J. (Lillian) Loecke, Dubuque; two sons, LeRoy Ley, Mesa, Ariz., and Clarence J. Ley, Dubuque; six grandchildren; seventeen great-granchidlren and two great great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband and a son, Edwin Ley.
The parish Rosary will be said at 8 p.m. Sunday at the mortuary.
