Michael Bierman, 83, formerly of Luxemburg, Ia. Died at 8:30 a.m. Monday at the Frommelt-Schaefers Nursing Home.

Friends may call after 7 p.m. Monday at the Didesch Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Patrick’s Church. The Rev. Louis McDonough will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.

He was born in Luxembourg, Europe, son of John and Susanna Bierman, and lived in this vicinity since 1909.
