NICHOLAS THENO PASSES AWAY

Well Known Resident Expires at Mercy Hospital on Saturday

Nicholas Theno passed away at Mercy hospital at 6 o’clock Saturday morning after an illness of but a few days, death having been due to an acute attack of pneumonia. As many of his old friends were not even aware of his illness, the announcement of his death will come as a severe shock.

The deceased has for many years followed the occupation of cooper, and was esteemed by a large circle of friends in this community which he has long made his home.

Besides his wife, one son and one daughter, he leaves to mourn his loss three sisters and three brothers.

The funeral will take place at nine o’clock Monday morning from the resident of his daughter, Mrs. A. R. Kutsch, 2105 Washington street, to the Holy Ghost church. Interment to be made in Mt. Calvary. Friends of the family are invited to attend.
