C. Neuman, the Shoemaker,
Commits Suicide Late
This Afternoon

C. W. Neuman, the well-known shoemaker, who had a shop near the corner of Eighth and Clay Streets, was found late this afternoon in his shop, cold in death. By his side was found a revolver, it is not known how long he was dead. The body was also found on the floor in a pool of blood. The coroner was called at 3:45, but had not arrived up to the hour of going to press.
