Collin Jay Curiel, infant son of Terra (Keil) Curiel and Chad Curiel, of Dubuque, passed away peacefully in the arms of family on January 6th, 2015. He was born January 5th. 2015. at 11:13 p.m. and met the arms of Jesus 1 a.m. January 6th. For the short time Collin Jay was with us. he touched the life and hearts of many.

He is survived by his parents. Chad and Terra Curiel, three sisters Cloe, Caileyand Carlee Curiel and two brothers, Caden Ware and Colton Keil. Grandparents Hazel (Dave) Schmitt, John Keil and DeAnn Stanley and many Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by Great Grandmother Margaret Hastings, Great Grandfather John F. Curiel, an Uncle Dustin Kipp, Great Uncle Dean Hastings Sr., Cousin Amanda J Scofield, Daniel Hastings, Leroy Charles and Lucas Harkey Johnson.

Memorials and Flowers may be sent to Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Road.

The family wishes to thank the nurses and doctors at Mercy Hospital birthing unit, Leonard Funeral home and all the family and friends that helped with the services and came to see Collin.

Committal services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 12th, at Mount Olivet Cemetery, with burial to follow.
