Mr. Matthew Gormley, an old and highly esteemed resident of Holy Cross, died at the latter place Wednesday at the advanced age of 84. He came to this country 42 years ago, and has resided her ever since on a farm near Holy Cross. His wife died several years, leaving one child, a son. He is related to Mrs. Peter Waldren, and Mrs. Slowley of Georgetown.
