DEATH OF AN OLD MINER. – James Spensley, one of the early settlers in this section of the west, and engaged in lead mining, expired on the 2d inst., at Mineral Point, Wis. Mr. Spensley resided formerly at Rockdale, where his remains will be interred tomorrow. He reached the age of 85 years
