Mrs. Printy

Mrs. Mary Printy of Dubuque died Monday morning at nine o’clock following an illness of four weeks at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Justin Burke in Dubuque. The funeral was held from the Bennett and Ashworth Funeral home to St. Raphael’s Cathedral, Dubuque, on Wednesday morning at eight o’clock and burial was made in Calvary cemetery, Cascade.

Mrs. Printy was born at Temple Hill, Jones county, March 3, 1857 and went to Dubuque from Cascade about 25 years ago.

Surviving are her three daughters, Mrs. James (Florence) Grant, Mrs. Walter (Rose) Driscoll, and Mrs. Justin (Margaret) Burke, all of Dubuque, and eight grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her husband, John J. Printy, her parents, one daughter, and two brothers, James and Patrick Flanigan.
