John Sutherland Passes Away
At His Father’s Home On
Saturday Morning

John Sutherland, aged thirty six years, passed away rather suddenly Saturday morning at 11:30 as the result of a stroke paralysis sustained late Friday afternoon and from the effects he failed to rally.

The deceased had been ill for about a year, and the end came as a blessed relief from patiently born suffering. The deceased breathed his last at the West Locust Street residence of his father, Dillion Sutherland.

Mr. Sutherland is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Edith Mills and Mrs. Jennie Preston of Riceville, also by one brother Arthur, of Denver.
