Mrs. Martha C. Fisher, 96, of Ennoble Manor Care Center, 2000 Pasadena Drive, who formerly lived with her daughter, Irene (Robert) Logan, at 3882 Short St., and also was formerly of Sunnyvale, Calif., died at 1:15 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 3, 1996, at the care center.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Dennis Kitchen Funeral Home 3860 Asbury Road, where friends may call after noon Thursday. Burial will be in Asbury (Iowa) Cemetery.

She was born on Aug. 17, 1900, in Horwich, England, daughter of Enoch and Pamela (Farr) Ouldcott. She married John E. Fisher on May 2, 1924, in Winnipeg, Canada; he died on Feb. 5, 1988.

She and her husband moved to Dubuque in 1986, from Sunnyvale, and resided with their daughter, Irene (Robert) Logan, 3882 Short St.

She was a member of the Asbury Road Bible Chapel.

Surviving are a daughter, Irene O. (Robert) Logan, of Dubuque; a son, John E. (Bonnie) Fisher, of San Jose, Calif.; and six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

She also was preceded in death by a son, Stanley G. Hall in May 1955.

The family requests no flowers. Memorials may be given to the Emmaus Correspondence School at the Emmaus Bible College.
