Jacob Joseph Woodward-Reisdorf, 41/2-month-old son of Joseph C. Reisdorf and Heidi Lyn Woodward, 11035 Parrot Drive, Peosta, Iowa, died at 12:46 p.m. Tuesday, May 19, 1998, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City.

Chapel services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Behr Funeral Home, 1491 Main St., where friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Asbury (Iowa) Cemetery.

Jacob was born on Dec. 27, 1997, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, son of Joseph C. Reisdorf and Heidi Lyn Woodward.

Surviving are his parents, Heidi Lyn Woodward and Joseph C. Reisdorf; his maternal grandparents, Cecil and Mary Lou Woodward, of Dubuque, his paternal grandparents, Terry and Judy Reisdorf, of Dubuque; his maternal great-grandparents, Geraldine Plowman, of Dubuque, and Cecil Woodward Sr., of Yuma, Ariz.; his paternal great-grandparents, Joseph and Irma Reisdorf, of Dubuque, and Robert Pitz, of Dubuque; and aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Jacob Joseph Woodward Memorial Fund has been established.

Jacob's family would like to thank the Dubuque community, the Iowa City doctors and nurses, the Ronald McDonald House of Iowa City, the Tri-State Community Church, and all those who have offered their prayers and support.
