CASCADE Alvin N. Cigrand,76, formerly of Filmore, died Monday morning, March 14, 1994, in Stonehill Care Center, Dubuque, after a brief illness. Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Filmore. Burial: St. Mary's Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at Reiff Funeral Home, Cascade, where there will be a wake service at 6:30 and a rosary at 7 p.m.

Survivors include four daughters, Mary Ann Cigrand, Sister Marie Cigrand and Donna Goetert, all of Dubuque, and Karen Beckstine of Braselton, Ga.; a brother, Ralph of Dubuque; and a sister, Irene Gleason of Cascade.

Also surviving are 13 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

An Alvin N. Cigrand Memorial Fund has been established.
