Services for Mrs. Elizabeth Scheckel, of 2294 Bennett Street, who died Thursday afternoon at the family residence, where held Saturday morning from the Didesch Funeral Home to St. Mary's Church.

The Rev. Charles F. Whalen celebrated the funeral mass. Due to the observance of Forty Hours devotion at the Church of the Nativity the mass was offered at St. Mary's.

Burial was in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, with the Rev. C. Engler officiating. Pallbearers were Walter Hird, Clarence Trost, Raymond Trost, Richard Smith, Lawrence Grant and A. Spoerre.
