Mrs. Christina Kalt passed away at the home of her niece, Mrs. Martin Seippel, 68 Hill Street, Wednesday morning at 2:45 o'clock after a long illness.

Deceased was born February 19, 1857, near Hazel Green, Wis., and had been a resident of Dubuque the last fourteen tears. Mrs. Kalt is survived by one sister, Mrs. Dorothy Nichlas of Platteville, Wis., one brother, August, of Glen Haven, Wis.

She was a member of the Methodist Church and Dr. H. D. Atchison will officiate at the services which will be held Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the residence. the internment will be made in Linwood
