CAROLINA CALLAGHAN

The funeral of Miss Carolina Callaghan, 280 1/2 Main Street, who died Friday at Mercy Hospital, was held at 9 a.m. Friday from the Ashworth and Bennett Funeral Home to St. Raphael’s Cathedral.

The Rt. Rev. Msgr. J. V. Casey sang the requiem high mass and preached the sermon. The Rev. Flamon Gannon, C. P., and the Rev. Nathonel C. P., were present in the sanctuary.

The Rt. Rev. Msgr. D. V. Foley officiated at the burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. He was assisted by Msgr. Casey, the Rev. Thomas Carpenter and the Rev. Justin Driscoll.

Pallbearers include Thomas Lavin, Ray Eastan, David Enos, William Collins, Harold Wiebold and Timothy Burns.
