Collin was born on October 3, 2012, in Dubuque, son of Keith Barton and Heather Thill.

Collin touched countless lives in the 2 short years that we were all blessed by his presence. His bright blue eyes were as enchanting as the cute noises he would make and the countless hours he spent entertaining himself by playing with his hands and constantly giving his thumbs the proper attention they required. Our little Cherub has been called home and now leaves many broken hearts for those who knew and loved him.
