Mrs. Grace E. Tigges

Mrs. Grace E. Tigges, 63, of 425 Engllish Lane died at 9 p.m. sunday at St. Joseph's Unit, Mercy Health Center.

Her husband, Oswin J., died June 21, 1976.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Columbkille's Church, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Ed Siegert Colonial Funeral Home, 390 N. Grandview Ave., where the rosary will be said at 8 p.m. Wednesday.

Mrs. Tigges was born in Redfield, S.D. She was a member of St. Columbkille's Rosary Society, St. Vincent De Paul Society, Legion of Mary and League of the Sacred Heart, Mercy Hospital Auxiliary, Mercy Volunteers, and a board member of the Dubuque County Historical Society.

Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Elroy (LaVaune) Hinz and Mary Sisler, both of Dubuque, and Mrs. Jose (Lois) Ferreira of Niteroi, Brazil, and six brothers, George, Joseph, Elmer, Donald and Arnold all of Dubuque, and Roger Sisler of Dickeyville, Wis.

A Grace Tigges Memorial Fund has been established.
