Mrs. Mary Ann Pfeiler
Holy Cross, Iowa

Mrs. Mary Ann Pfeiler, 87, of Holy Cross, died at 6:18 p.m. Saturday at the Dyersville Community Hospital, Dyersville.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call after 7 p.m. Monday at the Kramer Funeral Home in Dyersville.

Surviving are four sons, Marcellus and Matthew of Holy Cross, Leander of Hopkins, Minn. and Emmett of Dyersville; three daughters, Mrs. Lawrence (Cecilia) Theisen of Dubuque, Mrs. Carl (Rita) Kluesner of New Vienna, and Mrs. Francis (Anselma) Brecht of Holy Cross; a niece Sister Mary Herberta Platt, B.B.M. of Chicago, who lived with the deceased; 35 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Mike Ruden of Dubuque, Joseph Ruden of Holy Cross and Frank Ruden of Masonville.

Parish rosary will be at 8 p.m. Tuesday.
