Mrs. Deloris C. Reber, 81, of 3175 Pennsylvania Ave., died at 7:40 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 18, 2003, at The Finley Hospital, Dubuque.

There will be no services or visitation as requested by Deloris. Burial of the cremated remains will be held at a later date. The Dennis Kitchen Funeral Home, 3860 Asbury Road, is in charge of arrangements.

She was born on Feb. 14, 1922, in Minneapolis, daughter of Arthur E. and Mabel L. (Hakes) Chase. She married Darwin F. Reber on June 24, 1950, in San Francisco.

Surviving are her husband, Darwin F. Reber, of Dubuque; a son, Craig (Julie Heins) Reber, of Dubuque; a granddaughter, Kaitlin Reber, of Dubuque; a half-brother, Douglas (Marian) Olson, of St. Louis Park, Minn.; and nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
