Sandra Ann Power, 67 of 2055 Rockdale Rd passed away on Wednesday January 18th, 2012 at home. Friends may call from 3p.m. to 6p.m. Monday January 23rd at Leonard Funeral Home & Crematory, 2595 Rockdale Rd where services will be at 6pm with Rev. Donald Bakewell officiating. Entombment will be at a later date in Mount Olivet Cemetery.

Sandra was born on July 28, 1944, in Menominee, IL, the daughter of William and Mary (Hickie) Vogt. She worked as a waitress at many Dubuque restaurants lastly working at Sunshine Restaurant. Sandra was a loving mother and grandmother.

She is survived by her three children, twins; Damon (Petra) Power, of Dubuque and Debbie (Charles) Meroff of Campbellsport, WI and Daniel Power of Idaho Falls, and six grandchildren. One sister Jane (Steven) Erschen, of Dubuque, three brothers Bill (Cheryl) Vogt, of Freeport, IL, Dave (Sharon) Vogt, of Phoenix, AZ and Joseph (Karen) Vogt, of Dubuque, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother Donald Vogt.
