Mr. Frank P. Regan, 68, of 18844 Riverside Road, died at 2:45 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2003, at home, after a long illness.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. today at Dennis Kitchen Funeral Home, 3860 Asbury Road, where there will be a Sacred Heart Parish Christian wake service at 4:30 p.m.

Mr. Regan worked at John Deere Dubuque Works for 28 years.

He was born on Dec. 28, 1934, in Waukon, Iowa, son of Hugh and Theresa (Griffin) Regan. He married Naomi D. Kelley on April 14, 1956, at Holy Ghost Catholic Church.

He lived in the Dubuque area most of his life. He was an avid Notre Dame football fan.

Surviving are his wife, Naomi Regan, of Dubuque; two daughters, Lorri Regan and Kelli (Lonie) Brown, both of Dubuque; a son, Daniel (Carol) Regan, of Dubuque; two sisters, LaVonne Kerth and Rita Mae Lang, both of Dubuque; a brother, Paul (Shirley) Regan, of Dubuque; four grandchildren, Kevin and Codi Regan and Kristan and Hannah Brown; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Marcella McGeough; and two brothers, Larry and Raymond Regan.
