Mr. Harold W. Lattner, 76, of Ennoble Manor Care Center, 2000 Pasadena Drive, formerly of 1759 Vizaleea Drive, died at 1:15 p.m. Saturday, April 12, 2003, at the care center.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Columbkille's Catholic Church, where friends may call after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday. Entombment will be in Resurrection Garden Mausoleum at Mount Calvary Cemetery. The Dennis Kitchen Funeral Home, 3860 Asbury Road, is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Lattner worked at John Deere Dubuque Works prior to retiring.

He was born on April 24, 1926, in Cascade, Iowa, son of Edward and Mathilda (Breitbach) Lattner. On Sept. 2, 1950, he married Arlene Nietzel at St. Raphael's Cathedral, Dubuque.

He was a member of St. Columbkille's Catholic Church, the United Automobile Workers Local 94 and was a World War II Navy veteran.

Surviving are his wife, Arlene Lattner; three brothers, Merlin (Cele), Donald (Lorry) and Edwin (Alberta) Lattner, all of Dubuque; three nieces, Diane (Dave) Maiers, Linda (Jim) Biddick and Ann (Eugene) Davidson; and two nephews, Dewane (Joan) and Michael (Kim) Lattner.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Louis E. Lattner.

Memorials may be given to St. Columbkille's Catholic Church.
