Mrs. Martha Apel Link

Mrs. Martha Apel Link died at the residence of her son, John Link, Sr., 534 Lowell street
Friday morning at 12:45 o'clock.

Mrs. Link was born Nov. 1, 1848 in Germany. She settled in Dubuque in 1866, March 30, 1869,
she was married to Philip Link who with three sisters preceded her in death. She is survived
by three sons, John, Adam, and Jacob of Dubuque, three daughters, Mrs. Mary Oeth, Mrs. Anna
Hird and Mrs. Martha Theobald, Luxemburg, one sister in Germany, 33 grandchildren and 17 great
grandchildren. She belonged to St. Mary's Catholic church. The funeral will be held from the residence, 534 Lowell street to St. Mary's church Monday morning at 9 o'clock and burial will be made in Mount Calvary cemetery.
